Visitors

It is free to attend the exhibition. The visitor pass gives you access to all 3 days of the exhibition, seminars and conferences at ECA Energy

You can apply for a free visitor pass once registration for ECA Energy is open in September. 

Sorry, but transfer of tickets is not allowed. Due to regulations, we must record the information of everyone that attends, however, please feel free to recommend a friend/colleague to register.

There is no discount as the visitor's pass is free.

Unfortunately, there is no facility to set up appointments with exhibitors through the exhibition, but feel free to contact any exhibitor to directly arrange meetings.

Registered visitors can enter the exhibition at the Q-Jump desks by scanning the received barcode/URN number.

The show dates and times are: 24 -26 November 2021, 10AM - 5PM Daily at Kenyatta International Conference Centre, Nairobi.

The Floorplan will be avilable on the website from September 2021.

You need to visit the show and enquire about the pricing with the exhibitors. We do not have information on the pricing of the products being demonstrated/displayed.

Visitors under the age of 16 are not allowed to attend the event.

However, if you are a group of students who would like to attend the exhibition, you can contact [email protected] to discuss the options.              

Unfortunately, due to some embargos upon Informa Markets, we are not allowed to accept visitors who are residents of Syria, Sudan, Cuba and North Korea.
